|  Susan Sotelo has dedicated her life to the real estate profession in Nevada County. Recently, she took a big step up - moving from the bottom to the TOP - of Broad Street, that is.
Armed with a high level of integrity, professionalism, knowledge and superior client service, Susan has moved to her new real estate “home,” with Realty Executives Gold County. For over a decade, Susan has earned a reputation of being one of the best in the business in every aspect of buying and selling property. As a 20-year Nevada County resident, she brings a depth of knowledge and love for the local market. She has become a well-known and trusted resident of the County.
Although her passion is real estate, Susan does dedicate time to work with local non profits. She donates much of her own profits to private benefits for individuals in need and she spends much of the year preparing for the annual Nevada County Food and Toy Run, which draws motorcyclists from near and far. Thousands of motorcyclists rumble through Nevada City and Grass Valley in an escorted procession to the Fairgrounds, where hundreds of children anticipate their arrival with holiday toys.
